ㅤ GENERAL
CLIENT• You are not authorized to edit or trace my works without my permission. • Unless specified otherwise, these are personal use only. You are prohibited to take the final product and convert it into merch for yourself. • You may display my work on external sites as long as you credit or link back to me.ARTIST • I have the right to use the art for my portfolio, social media and personal promotion. • I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.
ㅤ PAYMENT
• I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction. • I will only accept USD or PHP via Paypal or GCash as payment. • Paymeny shall be done upfront before starting the commission • Payments via Paypal are sent via invoice method only unless otherwise stated. • Withdrawal or cancellation of orders are not accepted by any means after the payment has been sentREFUNDS • I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch. • Once I start the sketch, refunds are only negotiable. • You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason. • You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.
ㅤ PROCESS
• I am not a full time artist but I will try to finish your commission as fast as I can. Keep in mind that I am a student as well and have other pieces in my workload. • Additional of +25% of the total price might be added if the client desires the commissioned work to be done priority within 30 days after the sketch. • You have three chances of revisions during the sketching phase and base colors. Then, I will wait for approval before I do the rendering. • Minimal fixes do not require extra fees. However, additional fees may apply to major revisions depending on the complexity.
ㅤ ADOPTS AND CUSTOMS
• You are allowed to trade or resell for a price equal to or lower to the price purchased, unless there's an additional artㅤ
ㅤ • prices depends on the complexity (e.g. mecha, armor, pattern-heavy, accessory-heavy, etc.) • additional payment for add ons (items, weapons, background) • commercial rates means doubling the base price x2 • rush fees are at least +25% of the total • read my tos for more information ㅤ
